All cleaners are aware that should they not be able to attend a booking, they should aim to give at at least a day notice to the customer and offer to reschedule. However, we all know that sometimes things just come up and cannot be avoided, like sickness, for example. 

If your cleaner has cancelled your booking and is unable to offer another day or time, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do all we can to help you find a replacement cleaner for the same day and time. However, customers should be aware that there is no guarantee that we'll be able to confirm a cleaner at short notice, as confirmation depends entirely on cleaner availability.
