In the unlikely event that your cleaner has failed to attend your booking on time, please firstly attempt to reach out to the cleaner through the messaging tool and through a phone call if you have their number. If you are not able to reach your cleaner, please contact us via email as soon as possible and we'll attempt to contact the cleaner on your behalf to find out what went wrong. If we're unable to reach the cleaner, we'll cancel the booking to ensure you are not charged erroneously.
