In the unlikely event of a serious damage, you do not have to worry as you are protected from harm.
All of our cleaners are covered by our liability insurance which covers all damages above €500. (the current exchange rate will be used to assess the amount in pounds).
For damages below €500 or the first €500 of any larger damage, you can directly reach out to the cleaner and align with him/her on the compensation that you may expect from them.
You can find the cleaner's contact details in the confirmation email that you received prior to the cleaning.

Please note that when a claim is submitted, any payout decided by the broker will be €500 less.
