As the cleaners on our booking platform are all self-employed and independent, Helpling do not take any part in the key handling and all communication regarding keys should be directly between customer and cleaner.
We do usually recommend that the customer is there for the first booking, so that they can meet their cleaner and show them around, and if they are then comfortable to leave keys, they may do so.
Should you require your keys back from your cleaner, please reach out to your cleaner directly.
