If for any reason you no longer wish to continue with your current cleaner, you can replace your cleaner through your account. 

Click on the order from the list of 'Current orders', scroll down and click on 'Edit'', then on 'Replace cleaner'. 


You'll land on the booking funnel with all the details of your order already saved and will be able to select one or more cleaners from the ones available. 


You'll receive a notification as soon as a provider will accept your request.
