To request a change to your entire order, just send a change request through your online account.
Click on the order from the list of 'Current orders', scroll down and select between 'Edit' or 'Reschedule':
- 'Edit' will give you access to several features to apply changes to your booking, included info on your household or cleaning needs.
- 'Reschedule' will lead you to change day, time, duration and frequency of your order.
Once you've sent the change request, the cleaner will be notified and will be able to accept or decline.
Whatever they choose, you will be notified by email.
We always recommend to agree the changes with your cleaner beforehand to make everything easier.
