The cleaners on our platform are self employed individuals who run their own cleaning micro-business through our marketplace. We use a third party company called 'Onfido' to check the cleaner's identity.
Helpling is an open marketplace and the platform enables customers to go through their own "selection" during the booking process. We make a note of all customer feedback and the platform stores and shows customers' ratings of the cleaners on three main categories: quality, communication and reliability.
